Still Family Farm wants to share our nine-generation family heritage on this beautiful piece of earth, along with the good food, great stories and deep roots that we find on our farm every day. Located just outside of Atlanta in Cobb County, Georgia, our farm presents opportunities for families, friends and neighbors to create lasting memories.
LEARN TO CAN FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
Gardening has always been a way of life at Still Family Farm. The traditions of plowing, planting, picking and "putting up" our harvests have been passed down to each generation. Let us teach you how to make your own jams and jellies, pressure cook and can green beans, and more. You'll soon be on your way to a stocked pantry full of your own making. THINGS TO DO AT THE FARM
Because of the Farm's partnership with TimberNook of West Georgia, children and families are able to spend time outdoors experiencing the beauty and fun of being in nature. TimberNook's "classroom in the woods" features walking trails and forests to explore, as well as climbing ropes, a tire swing, a cozy fire pit and so much more. Come on out and PLAY the TimberNook way!
In the fall, Still Family Farm opens to the public for six weekends and features harvest-time attractions like a narrated hay rides, a five-acre zinnia maze, pumpkin patch, and tons of family activities. We also host various public and private events throughout the year that allow us to engage with our community and showcase the farm in other seasons. Additionally, we go into the community and speak to students or local groups about our family's deep rooted history, what we do at the farm, and how we can all make an impact. Let us know how we can connect with you!
