CANNING CLASSES AT THE FARM
Canning is a method of preserving food in airtight containers like mason jars. It allows food to last for anywhere from one to five years, although many foods can last longer than that!
Classes are taught by Leslie Still Oubre, President of Still Family Farm, using recipes and techniques passed down from generations before us. All classes are taught at The Home Place, the little white farmhouse at Still Family Farm.
