Guests who enter Still Family Farm agree they are entering an agritourism venue for the purposes of entertainment. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, who thereby assumes the following:

I certify that I am at least 18 years of age, and I understand that my party and I are entering Still Family Farm for the purposes of agritourism. We have paid admission for entry, and choose to assume the inherent risks associated with this agritourism location. Therefore we indemnify, hold harmless, and waive all civil liability against Still Family Farm for an injury or death that may result from the inherent risks associated with strolling in a grassy field, shopping in a pumpkin patch, or enjoying a hayride, roly poly, flower maze, pump duck races, or other agritourism attraction offered here.
